Bank Export Guides2 min readUpdated March 2026

Overview

Virgin Money allows CSV downloads from their digital banking platform. Virgin Money does not have an auto-detected preset in JoinFunds, so you will map columns manually during import.

Online banking (web)

Log in to Virgin Money Online

Go to virginmoney.com and log in to your digital banking.

Select your account

Click on the current account, savings account, or credit card you want to export.

Go to statements

Navigate to Statements or Transaction history. Select the time period you want.

Download as CSV

Click Download or Export and choose CSV format. Save the file.

Upload and map columns

Go to the Import page and upload your file. You will be asked to manually map your columns (date, description, amount) using dropdown selectors.

Virgin Money was formerly known as Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank. If you have older statements from those brands, the CSV format may differ. Map columns manually during import.
